Vacuum Casting Process

Polyurethane parts. Vacuum casting is a cost-effective method for producing small to medium series (1-100 pieces) of high-quality polyurethane parts. The process uses silicone moulds cast from a master model.

Process Advantages

  • Low cost for small series
  • Fast development (5-7 days)
  • Excellent surface quality
  • Complex geometries possible
  • Various colours and properties
