We make parts to order, in the quantity you need. There is no stock to write off and no minimum run as with injection moulding.
In 3D printing, material only goes into the part itself. We advise on hollow sections and lattice structures, so a part needs less material without getting weaker.
In SLS and MJF, unmelted powder is largely mixed with fresh powder and reused in a following print.
We make FDM and SLA parts ourselves in Belgium. For other technologies we choose partners in Europe, so parts don't have to come from the other side of the world.
If you're looking for a material with a smaller footprint, we'll tell you honestly what the options are. PLA for FDM, for example, is made from plant-based raw materials, but isn't strong or heat-resistant enough for every application. A part that lasts longer is often the best choice.
